Mycologist Dr. Fred Rhoades and his colleagues will lead us on a forest walk in search of various types of fungi that can be found in our four nature preserves. This beloved autumn tradition is a fun, enlightening exploration of the ecological importance and significance of the island’s mushrooms. In 2024, 85 species were identified! We look forward to what this year will bring.
