Office Manager
The Lummi Island Heritage Trust is looking for a part-time Office Manager to support the Executive Director, staff, and outside contractors with office management, administration, donation-processing, and front-end bookkeeping.
The successful candidate will:
Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work within both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace;
process donations and manage LIHT’s donor database;
have a working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (with support of an outside financial manager);
assist with general office management, including payroll processing, and online bill paying.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission to preserve the nature of Lummi Island!
This position requires 20 hours per week, primarily on site, with occasional need for longer hours during fundraising campaigns. Starting compensation is $25/hour DOE, paid leave, and SIMPLE IRA employer match of 3%.
