Nature Explorers
Summer 2025 Nature Explorers is here!
Each summer the Lummi Island Heritage Trust presents a program created just for kids 6-12 years old! Micha Camarillo (you may know her from Beach School) will once again be leading this fun, environmental education program that teaches children about the wild and natural treasures of the island.
August 8- Join us at the Otto Preserve as we explore the trails and the wonderment this oasis has to offer.
August 13- More fun will be had learning at the delightful Curry Preserve.
August 20- Ferry Dock Beach adventure (drop off at Beach Store Cafe parking lot)
Kids will explore nature through games, experiments and other activities.
Each Session is 2.5 hours long, 9:30am to 12:00 noon.
