Planned Giving

Planned gifts help us reach far into the future by providing a secure foundation of support that will ensure conservation of Lummi Island’s precious wildlife habitats, forests, farms, wetlands and shorelines, and stewardship for these lands for future generations.

The future of beautiful Lummi Island depends on the foresight and generosity of you and other visionaries who are willing to consider making a planned gift. A planned gift allows you to make a significant gift during your lifetime that will impact land conservation on Lummi even after your lifetime and for generations to come.

A planned gift is a term that covers a wide variety of charitable gifts such as wills and bequests, charitable trusts, or beneficiary designations on insurance and retirement plans. Planned giving also includes gifts of real estate, stocks and equities.

Planned gifts can take multiple forms and are carefully selected to help you address your specific personal and financial goals. A planned gift allows you to leave a legacy that will reach far into the future.
